Clubhouse 54 was established by Michael Little, PGA, a seasoned player, teacher, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the golf industry. Joining him are Dan Mathe and Ian Horowitz, retired firefighters from Baltimore City and owners of Equity Warehouse, a real estate holding company with a remarkable portfolio of over $70M in real estate assets. Rounding out the team is Star Little, Michael's wife, who brings over 15 years of expertise in real estate sales, marketing, property management, and small business consulting. Together, they share a common mission to create an exceptional environment for individuals who share a passion for golf, business, and people.
